Budget camping commonly referred to as Adventure Camping has never been more interesting. Most of our camping safaris are in designated campsites across the Tanzania territory; especially in wildlife areas but occasionally we set up campsites in the middle of the African wilderness but coordinating with the local administration to ensure that our clients are safe. Those that book on these adventure tours should expect to be involved in the everyday chores, including setting up camps in those areas where we do not have rudimentary structures, helping the cooks and the guides whenever their help is needed, and all in all, interacting with the local people to a greater extent than on lodge safari trips.

Budget Camping in Tanzania
The facilities that are available include pit or drop latrines/toilets, showers and a general eatery area. When booking these tours please remember that the facilities are basic, that accommodation is in two-person tents, that these ARE NOT stand-in tents and that you sleep on a two inch mattress placed on the floor within the tent. You will require sleeping bags and in case you are on special diet please let us know in good time so that adequate provisions can be made.
